What You’ll Be Doing
Our crew members are the face of Ozarks Junk Removal. You’ll ride in company trucks to job sites, meet customers, and safely remove unwanted items.
- Load and unload furniture, appliances, and debris
- Provide friendly, respectful service to every customer
- Sort items for donation, recycling, or disposal
- Follow safety procedures and protect customer property
- Assist the driver with navigation and job notes
Schedule & Compensation
Part-time positions available
Typical shifts between 8:00am – 4:00pm
Saturday availability is a plus
Paid training provided

What We’re Looking For
You don’t need junk removal experience—we’ll train you. But you do need the right attitude and baseline abilities.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Able to lift 75+ lbs with help
- Reliable transportation to our shop
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Able to work on your feet for most of the day

Do I need previous junk removal or moving experience?
No. We’ll train you on how to safely lift, load, and protect customer property. Any experience in moving, construction, landscaping, or other physical jobs is a plus, but not required.
Is this a seasonal job or year-round?
We operate year-round. Some times of year are busier than others, but our goal is to keep reliable team members working consistently.
Will I have to drive the trucks?
No, but this is a 1099 Contractor job so you, or your partner will be using your own personal vehicle/trailers to do these jobs. If you are a helper we can arrange for you to be picked up and then work the day and taken back home again.
What do I have to wear on the job?
Just work clothes..
How soon can I start if I’m hired?
For the right candidate, we can often start training within a few days, depending on background checks and paperwork.
